To provide a user-friendly, one-stop repository and directory of procurement information, analytics and visualization tools, for researchers, young innovators, civil society organizations, and government agencies.

Transparency and data-driven decision making in public procurement to ensure fair competition and quality goods, services, and infrastructure for the public.

Why OCDex?

OCDex.tech uses and produces OCDS-formatted procurement datasets. OCDEx is a play between OCDS and codex. (And of course, inspired by the famous Pok*Dex!)

Who's behind OCDex?

OCDex is an effort lead by Layertech Software Labs, Inc. in partnership with and funded by Hivos. The partnership includes a state university, supported by Civil Society Organizations and Private Sector Organizations.
